Project Size: 126,000 ft2
The design for the new facility incorporated a "One Stop" concept for students to manage registration, financial aid, book purchase, dining, and entertainment needs in one location. The lower level of three levels includes a bookstore, dining, auditorium, and student game room. These areas are positioned around a large student open commons area. The second level includes an assembly ballroom and student organization offices. the upper level includes registrars and financial aid offices.
The exterior of the building utilizes masonry of various color and textures to define the varying functions of the building. Metal panels and prefinished Aluminum windows provide accents to compliment the existing campus. The main entry is defined by a large glass atrium and entry canopy.
